Role overview

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare marketplace and shape its strategic partnerships function from the ground up. The role sits within a profitable, remote-first healthcare technology business that is expanding quickly and is looking for someone who can build a strong ecosystem growth engine.

What you will do

  • Own the full partnership journey end to end, including identifying opportunities, developing commercial structures, and closing new alliances.
  • Expand the company’s ecosystem by building relationships with healthcare REITs, law firms, consultants, and industry associations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to grow and manage channel partnerships.
  • Help define the strategy, operating model, and playbook for the partnerships team so it can scale with future hires.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership sales or business development.
  • A background in healthcare, or in professional services, consulting, or law with most clients coming from the healthcare sector.
  • Someone who is comfortable operating in less structured environments and can build new processes from scratch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range is $115,000 to $145,000 annually, with total on-target earnings of $155,000 to $215,000.

Benefits include unlimited paid time off, 8 weeks of fully paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan through Vanguard, and medical premiums covered at 85%.

Additional details

This position is fully remote within the United States. Being based near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City is considered an advantage because of access to local executive hubs.
