Role Overview

This contract recruiting opportunity is for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who can manage the full hiring process, partner with business leaders, and strengthen sourcing practices across the team. The role is remote and begins as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements and individual performance.

Compensation and Engagement Details

The position offers an hourly pay range of $35.00 to $40.00. The initial assignment runs for 6 months and may continue longer if business needs and results support an extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and reference verification for qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to recommend recruitment approaches that fit the organization’s goals.
  • Draft offer documentation based on role requirements and extend offers to chosen candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate journey by sharing updates, responding to vacancy-related questions, and giving considerate feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Support the team by coaching colleagues on stronger sourcing methods and building effective internal and external search plans.
  • Contribute to special HR and talent acquisition initiatives, along with any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of overall professional experience, including 1 to 2 years specifically in recruiting.
  • An undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in creating internal and external sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and coach team members effectively.
