Job Overview
The company is looking to hire candidates for an International Voice Process role focused on customer support and technical support. This opportunity is suited for applicants who are comfortable handling voice-based international customer interactions in English.
Eligibility and Experience
Any graduate can apply. The role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of work experience. Applicants should be immediate joiners and expected to join by July.
Key Work Details
The position follows a 5-day work week with rotational shifts, mostly during night hours. The job is based in office, and two-way cab transport is available within a 25 km radius from the office depending on the shift timing.
Compensation
The offered compensation is in the range of 2 LPA to 2.75 LPA CTC, with the exact package depending on the candidate’s experience.
Work Location
Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai. Landmark: opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will go through an HR interview as a walk-in round, followed by an SD panel interview and a voice assessment.
