About the Role
We are looking for candidates to join a permanent work-from-home international voice process supporting banking operations. This position involves working a US shift with rotational offs, providing customer service with excellent English communication skills. Employment includes a fixed take-home salary plus performance-based incentives.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support for international voice processes in banking.
- Operate effectively on a US shift from 5:00 PM to 11:00 AM with a 9-hour rotational shift pattern.
- Maintain attendance and performance standards remotely with camera on throughout shifts.
- Work according to assigned rotational weekly offs.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate education or equivalent minimum.
- At least six months of prior documented experience in international BPO voice processes.
- Proficient English communication skills at B2/C1 proficiency level.

Work From Home Criteria
- Permanent remote work arrangement.
- Candidate must provide their own laptop from the start of training; no company-provided equipment.
- Must have stable internet connectivity: minimum 100 Mbps broadband (wired preferred).
- Continuous camera activation during shift hours is required.
- Network stability with minimal power interruptions essential.
Location Eligibility
- Applicants must reside within greater Mumbai areas including Western Line (Churchgate to Dahisar), Central Line, Harbour Line, or Ulhasnagar.
- Applicants residing in Ambarnath and Lonavala are not eligible.
