Job Overview

We are seeking individuals for the Airlines Email process, a non-voice role based in Mumbai. This is a contract position offering a competitive monthly salary, with potential extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer communication through email specifically for the Airlines process.
• Providing prompt and accurate responses addressing client needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work from office in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai locations.

Employment Terms & Conditions

• Contract duration is initially 6 months, with possible extension depending on performance.
• 5 working days per week, with Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
• Shift options available: 7 AM to 4 PM or 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
