Role Overview
This full-time hybrid position is for a Medical Writer preferably based in the UK or working remotely. The individual will be tasked with producing various high-quality clinical trial documents such as imaging charters, site guidelines, and reader manuals. Contributions to the creation of imaging specifications supporting electronic case report forms will also be expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical protocols with an emphasis on imaging sections.
- Conduct research and liaise with radiologists regarding scoring methodologies.
- Integrate medical and radiology data into clear documentation.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory and publication requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and project management teams to facilitate drug development projects efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in medical writing with focus on imaging endpoints in clinical trials.
- Experience in drafting imaging charters.
- Capability to advise on medical imaging endpoint usage within trials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Advanced degree in life or medical sciences (MSc, PhD, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with medical writing tools and technologies.
- Expertise in leveraging AI for writing support.
- Understanding of drug development and clinical trial procedures.
