What you will do

  • Submit documentation that shows strong subject depth, technical correctness, and practical medical expertise.
  • Share multimodal content wherever relevant, such as text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, and similar visual elements.
  • Remove or mask any confidential or patient-identifying details while preserving the educational and informational value of the material.
  • Build a varied set of documents, preferably spanning 10 to 100 pages, to support different AI training use cases.
  • Offer extra explanations or clarifications about submitted materials when needed.
  • Work with remote project teams to support ongoing AI improvement through high-quality medical content.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree or professional credential in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a related field, such as MD, DO, PhD, MBBS, RN, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience creating clinical documentation, research articles, medical reports, case studies, or healthcare-related technical content.
  • Good knowledge of medical documentation practices, patient privacy, and de-identification methods.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills, with the ability to explain complex medical ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Experience producing documents that include structured data, tables, charts, figures, or other visual components.
  • Ability to provide original, professionally prepared medical documents from your own portfolio for AI training use.
  • Background as a physician, healthcare professional, clinical researcher, academic, or medical documentation specialist is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and evidence-based healthcare practices.
  • Familiarity with research publications, clinical guidelines, or educational content creation is preferred.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, project-based setting.
  • Careful attention to detail and a commitment to producing precise, high-quality documentation.
