About the Role
We are looking for business owners and administrators actively managing their Google Business Profile (GBP) to join a remote research project. This role involves sharing your expertise in maintaining your business's online presence to help improve AI-driven systems focused on business profiles, customer interaction, and local business experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update your Google Business Profile by maintaining accurate business information.
- Engage with customers by responding to inquiries and reviews on the profile.
- Maintain consistent activity and manage the profile independently under project guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- You must be an active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile.
- Consistent management of the profile is expected, including updating details and customer engagement.
- No advanced technical skills are necessary; practical experience managing your own GBP suffices.
- Preferably, your account has been active for at least one year, although newer profiles with regular engagement are also welcome.
- Ideal candidates represent industries such as Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, and Professional Services, though applicants from all sectors are encouraged.
- Strong attention to detail, good written communication skills, and the ability to work remotely and independently are essential.
Engagement Details
- This is an independent contractor position with complete remote work flexibility.

- The project length may vary depending on needs and individual performance, with opportunities for ongoing participation.
Payment and Contract Terms
- Compensation ranges from $0 to $60 per hour based on work completed and project requirements.
- Payments are made weekly via supported platforms following approval of completed tasks.
