Marketing Specialist

About the Role

The Saudi Banks Media and Awareness Committee is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its team through various administrative, operational, and marketing functions. This role involves assisting with planning, execution of campaigns, coordination among multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of committee activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective administrative and operational assistance to the committee team and aid in day-to-day functional activities.
• Support the project manager in planning and carrying out initiatives, programs, and campaigns, maintaining coordination with agencies and partners for prompt execution.
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as reports, social media posts, and presentations to support awareness efforts.
• Help develop and execute marketing and awareness campaigns and activities.
• Coordinate closely with representatives from 11 banks to ensure marketing campaigns and initiatives meet required specifications.
• Manage all aspects of committee meetings including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of necessary materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, member banks, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure tasks and deliverables are achieved efficiently and punctually.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and contribute to social media content as necessary.
• Assist with the organization and management of events and programs, overseeing logistical and operational coordination and follow-ups.
• Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the project manager and team as per business requirements.

Skills and Tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.
