About Tripadvisor Group

Tripadvisor Group brings travelers together with memorable experiences and works to be the most trusted destination for travel and experience discovery. Through its brands, technology, and platform capabilities, the company connects a worldwide audience with partners across experiences, accommodations, restaurants, and other travel-related categories. Tripadvisor, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIP) includes several travel businesses and brands, such as Tripadvisor, Viator, and TheFork.

Role overview

This position is a key part of the marketing function. As a Marketing Specialist focused on CRM and events, you will help run campaigns from start to finish, coordinate moving parts, and make sure deadlines, quality checks, and follow-ups are handled without gaps. The work spans email marketing, event communication, and cross-team coordination, with an emphasis on timely delivery and measurable results.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, builds order out of multiple priorities, and wants to grow both technical and strategic marketing capability.

Key responsibilities

You will support CRM campaign delivery, event communication, project coordination, performance tracking, and broader marketing operations.

CRM campaign execution

  • Create, review, and launch email campaigns in Braze and Mailchimp.
  • Prepare campaign materials and handle audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Check accuracy and quality through testing of content, links, personalization, and sending setup.

Event marketing and coordination

  • Handle event communications such as invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Work with internal teams and outside partners to coordinate event logistics.
  • Assist with event delivery, including support on site when required.
  • Monitor attendee engagement and help with follow-up after events.

Project coordination

  • Manage campaign activity from initial request through launch.
  • Collect assets and approvals from copy, design, and stakeholder teams.
  • Keep work moving by managing timelines, dependencies, and priorities.

Reporting and insights

  • Measure and report on campaign results, including opens, clicks, and engagement.
  • Capture learnings and use them to strengthen future campaigns.

General marketing support

  • Assist with ad hoc CRM and event-related projects.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, templates, and team workflows.
  • Support testing and optimization activities.
  • Help with additional work that supports the team’s main marketing goals.

Experience and skills needed

We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event coordination. You should be comfortable using email marketing tools, stay highly organized, pay close attention to detail, and handle several deadlines at once. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important, along with an interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and event marketing.

Preferred experience

It is helpful to have experience in B2B marketing, exposure to reporting or marketing analytics tools, and familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Airtable.

Why this role matters

This role helps turn marketing plans into real-world action. By delivering CRM campaigns and event communications carefully and consistently, you will help operators adopt new tools, improve their listings, and generate more bookings. Your work ensures the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment, and that campaigns run smoothly from beginning to end.

Additional skills and working style

  • Ability to use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making in everyday work.
  • Comfort working with a global-first mindset.

Benefits and compensation

  • Competitive pay package, regularly compared with current market data, including base salary and annual bonus.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly working style with the option to work on site as needed or as preferred by the team.
  • Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Annual donation matching for qualifying charitable contributions.
  • Annual tuition support for eligible learning programs.
  • Yearly lifestyle benefit that can be used for travel, wellness, or personal needs.
  • Travel-related discounts and other perks.
  • Employee assistance resources and support programs.
  • Health coverage with competitive premiums.
  • Referral rewards for successful candidate recommendations.

Tripadvisor Group emphasizes a traveler-first mindset, fast and data-informed execution, and strong teamwork. The company values experimentation, learning, accountability, collaboration, and shared ownership, while encouraging people to finish what can be completed today and keep improving over time.
