Job description
Overview
This is a remote mentorship opportunity based in Ireland and handled by a partner employer, which will oversee applications and the hiring steps that follow. The program is designed to provide practical exposure to marketing, public relations, and outreach work inside a rapidly growing PropTech business.
You will take part in real projects involving partner communication, influencer engagement, and planning digital campaigns for the US market. Rather than being purely observational, this role is structured so you contribute to active initiatives while strengthening your strategic communication skills. The setup is flexible, allowing you to organize your own schedule as long as agreed deliverables are met. Guidance will come from experienced professionals in a startup setting centered on innovation and industry disruption. It is especially well suited to students and early-career candidates who want to develop a strong portfolio in marketing, PR, and international business communication.
Key responsibilities
As part of the mentorship, you will support outreach and campaign execution across several areas, including partner communication, influencer coordination, and event promotion.
- Help carry out outreach efforts aimed at US-based partners, collaborators, and other relevant stakeholders using well-structured communication.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of influencer marketing initiatives, including research, coordination, and follow-up.
- Support the promotion and organization of webinars, online events, and digital conferences.
- Contribute to message development and marketing communications that align with campaign goals.
- Take on learning-oriented tasks that strengthen outreach ability, relationship management, and strategic communication knowledge.
- Work remotely with the marketing team, handling assigned responsibilities independently and completing work on time.
Requirements
- Must be in the final year of a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a similar discipline.
- Genuine interest in outreach to the US market, marketing strategy, and professional communication practices.
- Strong written communication ability with a knack for clear and persuasive messaging.
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to operate comfortably in a flexible, remote, performance-focused environment.
- Willingness to learn outreach methods, pitching techniques, and relationship-building approaches.
- Self-driven with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Benefits
- Completely remote mentorship with flexible scheduling from any location.
- Direct experience with real marketing and PR campaigns focused on the US market.
- Guidance and support from experienced mentors in a fast-growing PropTech startup.
- Chance to build a portfolio through authentic outreach, influencer, and campaign work.
- A professional certificate awarded after successful completion of the program.
- Networking exposure within the real estate and PropTech ecosystem.
- Possible route into future paid opportunities or longer-term collaboration.
