Role overview
This position is focused on driving local, in-person marketing activity that strengthens community ties, supports brand visibility, and reflects the cultural context of the market. You will help deliver events, activations, and CSR initiatives while coordinating closely with the Lead Country Marketing Manager to ensure every offline initiative fits the wider marketing direction.

With operations in 36 cities across nine countries in the MENA region and the UK, Floward offers same-day delivery using its own refrigerated fleet to help keep arrangements fresh.
What you will do
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of community events, activations, and CSR programs that align with the brand’s values and marketing priorities.
- Handle event coordination details by working with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to keep activities running smoothly.
- Review event outcomes, prepare post-event summaries, and collect feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Help create and roll out local offline campaigns that connect with the community and raise brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign results and turn the findings into recommendations for future improvements.
- Partner with the creative team to develop customized marketing collateral suited to the target audience.
- Contribute to CSR concepts and execution that highlight local heritage and strengthen community relationships.
- Engage with community groups and organizations to identify meaningful CSR opportunities.
- Build relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to widen the brand’s presence.
- Keep regular communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment and support for ongoing initiatives.
- Work with the Lead Country Marketing Manager to ensure on-ground activities support the broader strategy.
- Share regular updates on campaign progress, event results, and stakeholder activity.
- Make sure all marketing efforts stay consistent with the overall brand identity and long-term goals.
Experience and qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in event planning, campaign coordination, and marketing execution in similar markets.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Additional study or qualifications in marketing or event management will be considered an advantage.
- Strong command of English and the local language, along with an understanding of cultural nuances.
- Capability to work across teams and align efforts with digital and creative functions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with partners, stakeholders, and community contacts.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable adapting plans to different market needs and opportunities.
