About The Team
Join Spotify’s Central Europe Marketing team within the Markets organization based in Berlin for a one-year fixed-term role. This team crafts impactful connections with audiences in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by delivering culturally meaningful campaigns, brand activations, and live events that deeply resonate with the local music and youth culture. Collaboration spans both global and regional teams to influence Spotify's cultural presence throughout the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging brand experiences by executing live events, campaigns, and activations throughout Central Europe.
- Support integrated marketing campaign delivery from conception through launch and post-campaign review.
- Leverage audience insights and cultural trends to drive locally relevant marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across Music, Podcasts, Communications, and Global Marketing to ensure campaign coherence.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, overseeing briefs, schedules, and creative deliverables.
- Serve as a primary contact for global campaigns and partnerships ensuring their effective adaptation and execution locally.
- Develop presentations and campaign documentation and contribute to analyzing campaign outcomes and learning insights.
- Monitor cultural trends and events to enable real-time, meaningful brand engagement.
Who You Are
- Possess over five years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, or live event management.
- Have a strong understanding of the music and youth culture scene across the DACH region.
- Communicate fluently in German with comfortable English proficiency.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects promptly in a dynamic environment.
- Enjoy collaborating across functions and building effective partnerships.
- Are well-organized, capable of balancing strategic planning alongside agile execution.
- Stay curious about culture and trends and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives.
- Are proficient with tools like Google Workspace and project management software.
Work Location & Flexibility
This position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work arrangement requiring attendance at the office three days per week, balancing in-person meetings with remote work flexibility.
