Position Overview

We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter dedicated to our rapid global growth, primarily focusing on filling technical roles.

• This is a full-time role based on a fixed six-month contract.
• The position allows remote work anywhere within APAC time zones.
• While contract renewal is possible, it is not assured.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
• Ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to continuously enhance recruiting procedures.
• Participate in or lead various HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain recruiting databases with organization and timeliness.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline by networking within relevant communities, engaging with universities, attending job fairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with prospective candidates suitable for future opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within elite internet companies or staffing agencies.
• Experience in recruiting for Web3 or cryptocurrency firms, especially in business or corporate talent acquisition, is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and stakeholders; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Proficient in modern sourcing and selection methodologies.
• Experience with market mapping for either global or Asian markets.
• Proven success in meeting challenging recruitment targets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and consulting capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry.
