Overview
Join the MINI brand marketing team at BMW Group's regional office in Munich, responsible for brand communication across 27 importer markets. Interns are fully integrated into the team, entrusted with real responsibilities from day one, and encouraged to contribute their own ideas while gaining first-hand experience in the automotive marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in consulting importer markets on creative campaign concepts, digital marketing initiatives, event organization, and corporate identity adherence.
- Analyze and evaluate social media platforms and websites for targeted markets, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, stakeholders, and agencies to support marketing activities.
- Help develop marketing guides and contribute to event management tasks.
- Manage independent projects and assignments under the guidance of a mentor, receiving regular feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing studies in business administration, marketing, media and communication sciences, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in the automotive sector and passion for the MINI brand.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work methodically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or brand management is advantageous.
- Fluent business English proficiency.
