Job description
About Quantium
Quantium is a recognised software provider serving the global private markets sector. Its platform is built to help general partners, fund administrators and other private capital firms simplify fund operations, investor reporting, portfolio oversight and data management.
The business is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with customers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. As the company expands, it is looking for a practical, adaptable marketer who can contribute to lead generation and strengthen brand presence across markets.
This position offers the chance to make a real impact, work directly with senior leadership and influence how marketing evolves at Quantium.
Role Summary
The team is hiring a Content & Partnerships Marketing Executive to support a growing marketing function.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys producing content, managing tasks, coordinating campaigns and contributing across many marketing areas. The person in this role will help grow brand awareness, create demand and deliver marketing activity that supports business growth.
The ideal candidate writes well, stays highly organised, takes initiative and is comfortable handling varied responsibilities. This is not a narrow specialist position; it suits a flexible marketer who can work independently across content, digital campaigns, events, marketing operations and execution.
Experience in B2B software, fintech, private markets, asset management, alternative investments or financial services would be helpful, though it is not mandatory.

- Work with the wider team on video production, editing coordination and distribution.
- Transform long-form material into multiple formats such as articles, social content, emails and short video clips.

- Coordinate work across Sales, Product, Client Services and Leadership teams.
- Make sure marketing tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
- Document marketing processes and support ongoing improvements.
- Help run marketing systems, tools and workflows.
- Own day-to-day marketing activity and keep work moving when the Marketing Director is unavailable.
- Serve as a dependable backup contact for marketing across the organisation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a similar discipline.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, digital marketing or a related function.

- Excellent organisation and project coordination capability.
- High attention to detail.
- A self-driven, proactive and practical working style.
- Comfort working independently in a busy, fast-moving environment.
