Role Purpose and Mission

The Watches, Fine Jewelry (WFJ) segment in the Southeast Asia and Australasia (SEAA) region aims to rapidly grow its presence by focusing on building brand reputation, enhancing customer engagement, implementing and adapting the global brand strategy, advancing the luxury business to new heights, and strengthening core pillars.

Key Responsibilities and Impact

The marketing manager will lead the transformation of the WFJ client experience to a genuinely client-focused and omni-channel model. This includes utilizing CRM data and analytics to derive actionable insights that inform impactful marketing campaigns and retail strategies. This role requires ownership of end-to-end campaign management across SEAA, refining plans through performance analysis, and ensuring superior execution of client engagement activities in partnership with marketing, CRM, and events teams within markets and WFJ division.

  • Establish and embed a comprehensive client strategy and clienteling framework throughout SEAA, defining KPIs and promoting consistent adoption across markets to boost engagement and business outcomes.
  • Leverage CRM data intelligence to foster omni-channel growth covering targeting, recruitment, retention, and conversion across the complete client lifecycle.
  • Coordinate media and communication strategies aligning global directives with local executions to optimize digital and media communications across all client interactions.
  • Oversee rollout of local, regional, and global digital retail initiatives (such as iCoco updates, Pioneer, and online services), ensuring market needs and divisional priorities are met.
