Overview
Based in Vancouver, BC, this full-time Senior Director of Marketing role reports directly to the CMO. The position leads brand and thought leadership strategies across Reach3 Insights and Angus Reid Group, aiming to elevate brand profiles, demonstrate expertise, and build credibility with key industry audiences.
This is a hybrid role requiring presence in Vancouver for enhanced collaboration balanced with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand growth and positioning for Reach3 Insights and Angus Reid Group.
- Enhance brand equity through impactful thought leadership and storytelling initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior business and consulting leaders to identify marketing opportunities and amplify insightful content.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for brand consistency and resource optimization.
- Lead development of authoritative content such as blogs, ebooks, white papers, POVs, social media posts, and case studies.
- Convert proprietary research and consulting knowledge into compelling market differentiators.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to create thought leadership assets reflecting evolving market trends.
- Ensure editorial quality and brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
- Oversee digital presence including website management, SEO, and social media for consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Design and execute focused email marketing and nurture campaigns aimed at raising awareness and credibility rather than quantity-based leads.
- Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize visibility and influence within target groups.
- Serve as a key marketing liaison for senior consulting leaders across business units, managing varied needs and priorities.
- Facilitate aligned messaging and content creation among multiple stakeholders.
- Foster strong internal partnerships for seamless integration of marketing with business strategy and client services.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience in consulting, professional services, market research, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated success in building brand authority and thought leadership initiatives that boost market presence.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate insights into engaging narratives.
- Proven capability managing external agencies and contractors to produce quality work efficiently.
- Hands-on expertise in content marketing, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strategic thinker with proactive execution skills, comfortable balancing strategy and detailed action.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience in market research, consumer insights, or research consulting sectors is advantageous.
