About the Role
Located in Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International offers a dynamic workplace full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment. The Marketing Executive's principal role is to support the casino's customer base and streamline processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves making informed decisions on customer requests, adhering strictly to MGM Resorts International's marketing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess casino patrons' activity levels to determine appropriate incentives and, when authorized, approve various comps such as accommodations, dining, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, airfare, or discounts.
- Help retain and expand the property's customer base by engaging personally with guests.
- Ensure personalized customer service by greeting guests at check‐in and check‐out throughout their stay.
- Manage customer reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systems.
- Authorize marker limits to qualifying customers if granted permission.
- Represent marketing efforts at special events and personally welcome customers.
- Safeguard guest confidentiality by maintaining privacy practices in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints satisfactorily for both guests and the company.
- Adhere to all local regulations and Title 31, including attending all required compliance and training sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a bachelor's degree.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferably have over 2 years of specialized experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in the language relevant to the assigned region, e.g., Mandarin and/or Cantonese for Far East Marketing.
