About the Role
As a Marketing Executive at Skyline Enterprises in Queenstown, you will be integral to designing, implementing, and refining marketing campaigns focusing primarily on our Canadian property portfolio. You will provide brand guideline support for the development of offshore Skyline sites and global product initiatives. This position is full-time and onsite at Skyline's Head Office, working within our Marketing Operations Team to enhance brand recognition, drive conversions, and support overall business goals. The role involves collaboration with NZ marketing teams, regional teams, global brand partners, external agencies, creative teams, and digital experts to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute full-cycle marketing campaigns, including briefing, rollout planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management.
- Manage campaign calendars covering email marketing, paid search (PPC), and paid social media platforms.
- Conduct ongoing testing and optimization, including audience targeting and analysis of campaign performance.
- Measure and report campaign effectiveness during and after campaigns.
- Oversee external agencies, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Handle digital campaign assets across web, email, and social media, ensuring tagging, proofing, and reporting compliance.
- Manage marketing budgets, track costs, and demonstrate return on investment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, content creation, paid media, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with tourism, hospitality, or visitor attractions is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with UK and Canadian markets is advantageous.
