About the Role
Join PwC New Zealand as the Marketing & Communications Manager for PwC Private, where you will spearhead the creation and execution of external communications and marketing initiatives for this key business segment. Collaborating with the Marketing Director and senior leaders, you’ll help formulate the strategic marketing plan and clearly communicate the PwC Private value proposition to targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing communications plan for PwC Private.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities and translate these into engaging campaigns.
- Manage integrated communications across diverse channels to effectively engage key target groups.
- Create and oversee content development, such as thought leadership pieces, media announcements, research publications, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze marketing activities and results, providing insights to continually improve future campaigns.
Skills and Experience
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Bring over 10 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably within professional services or agency settings.
- Exhibit excellent writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities for compelling content creation across various platforms.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior management and executives.
- Showcase outstanding project and organizational skills, effectively juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Have a proactive, client-centric approach and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
