Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team across various channels and progressively take on your own tasks.
• Support content creation, including posts, advertisements, and written material using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI technologies.
• Manage data entry, develop basic reports, and learn to interpret key performance metrics accurately.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to provide insights to the team.
• Get acquainted with essential tools such as Ads Manager, SEO software, and automation platforms.
• Gradually lead your own projects and specialize in areas that align with your interests and strengths.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for online marketing and understanding how growth is driven in e-commerce.
• Proactive learning attitude and initiative; you actively seek tasks rather than wait for directions.
• Strong language skills and enjoyment in writing.
• Basic familiarity with digital tools and quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Attention to detail with an ability to work methodically and keep track of multiple tasks.
• Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous work experience not required; internships, personal projects, or side jobs related to marketing are advantageous.
