About the Role

We are exclusively supporting the recruitment of a strategic leadership position for an internationally successful technology company. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who uses marketing and corporate communications as strategic drivers for growth, positioning, and international brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire marketing and corporate communications function strategically.
• Enhance and develop the international brand and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage executive communications, corporate communications, and reputation management.
• Establish and grow a central corporate division, including building the team, managing budgets, and governance.
• Create data-driven marketing and KPI frameworks to control performance.
• Collaborate closely with executive management, sales, and product management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in international B2B marketing and/or corporate communications.
• Proven expertise in brand management, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and executive communications.
• Background in industrial or technology companies with international scope, especially handling complex B2B solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English at a negotiation level.
