About the Role

As a Marketing & Brand Manager at ESGO Logistics, you will lead the strategic formulation and execution of marketing initiatives. You will define our brand identity, craft innovative campaigns, and ensure our sustainable logistics vision resonates with our target audience. Leveraging trend insights and data-driven strategies, you'll contribute to strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Manage brand identity and evolve the corporate image.
Plan and execute both online and offline campaigns.
Create content for social media, website, and blog platforms.
Optimize SEO/SEA and drive performance marketing efforts.
Coordinate event management and trade show appearances.
Analyze marketing KPIs and generate performance reports.

Candidate Profile

Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or logistics sectors.
A blend of creativity and analytical mindset.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.
Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong team collaboration.

Additional Information

Work Location: Bonn, Germany

Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: 4160 euros per month
