Manufacturing Engineer for Airbus Projects in Germany

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Engineers to join our on-site team in Hamburg, Germany, to work directly on Airbus cabin assembly and industrialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and streamline cabin assembly and manufacturing workflows across several manufacturing plants
• Develop production methodologies, select appropriate tools, and oversee implementation processes
• Convert engineering designs into practical production documentation and work instructions
• Assist production personnel and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges related to quality, design, and logistics
• Maintain process documentation and conduct analysis to foster continuous improvements
• Provide consultation to design teams regarding manufacturability and construction documentation

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, industrialization, production engineering, or comparable fields
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, with prior Airbus experience considered highly advantageous
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, including knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• English language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
• German language proficiency at C1 level (preferred)
• Applicants must possess European Union citizenship
