Role Overview

We invite motivated individuals to join our team as a Manager of Strategic Partners. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to shape the future of live entertainment by managing Fever's key partners and their projects across diverse verticals, including exhibitions, festivals, immersive events, attractions, and sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage major partners and their events/projects to ensure robust, long-term collaborations and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth and timely delivery while meticulously tracking progress.
• Develop strategic and trusted relationships with partners by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and offering tailored solutions aligned with Fever’s mission.
• Define KPIs, implement data-driven growth strategies, monitor performance metrics, and generate detailed reports outlining successes and improvement areas.
• Collect partner feedback on Fever’s offerings and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
• Progress into leading a team by mentoring Project Managers, fostering collaboration, conducting training, and supporting their professional development.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all Fever teams, operations, and processes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 6 years experience in project management or management consulting.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a proven history of cultivating positive working relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and solution-focused mindset capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Innovative and eager to explore new ideas.
• Committed to excellence in personal and team output.
• Strategic thinker who can address partnership challenges and leverage proprietary data effectively.
• Collaborative spirit and readiness to engage actively with hands-on tasks.
• MBA qualification is highly regarded.
