Accountabilities
- Create and roll out enablement programs that improve sales capability and overall business results.
- Own onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives that help employees ramp faster and grow over time.
- Use performance metrics and business insights to build focused coaching plans and improvement actions.
- Integrate current sales methods, workflows, and best practices into day-to-day team operations.
- Work with learning specialists to develop engaging, scalable, and digital-first training experiences.
- Set quarterly goals, track program impact, and share results with key stakeholders.
- Keep enablement content, tools, and delivery approaches updated based on feedback and business needs.
- Contribute to broader revenue initiatives by building solutions that support scalable growth across teams.
- Guide and develop team members while encouraging accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders at different levels by offering recommendations and strategic enablement support.
Requirements
- Background in enablement, sales training, learning and development, or program management.
- Strong grasp of sales organizations, preferably in technology, cloud, channel, or partner-led environments.
- Ability to design and deliver effective learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
- Experience building scalable enablement programs, onboarding structures, and continuous development plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience using sales enablement platforms, learning systems, and digital training tools.
- Strategic thinking paired with strong execution, project management, and delivery capability.
- Ability to review performance data and turn findings into practical improvement plans.
- Strong interest in coaching, developing others, and helping teams achieve measurable outcomes.
- Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire action.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and juggle competing priorities.
