Key responsibilities

• Bring investment banking expertise into structured research work aimed at improving AI performance in corporate finance and capital markets.
• Create, refine, and assess high-quality finance content that mirrors the thinking and decision-making of seasoned bankers.
• Break down and record transaction processes across origination, pitching, execution, and deal close.
• Use knowledge of M&A, valuation, capital markets, and transaction structuring to improve model outcomes.
• Write clear explanations of banking judgment, analytical methods, and professional approaches.
• Check AI-generated responses for correctness, relevance, and alignment with professional finance standards.
• Work remotely with cross-functional teams operating at the intersection of AI and finance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA and bringing 3 to 7 years of prior experience in investment banking or capital markets from a leading financial institution or elite boutique.
• Past work at Analyst or Associate level in investment banking.
• Strong knowledge in at least one of these areas: M&A structuring and valuation, equity or debt capital markets execution, sector coverage, or syndicate/book-running.
• Advanced financial modeling capability, including LBO, three-statement modeling, and DCF analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to complex transaction analysis, fairness opinions, market updates, and client-facing materials such as pitch decks.
• Ability to explain investment banking concepts, decision processes, and professional judgment clearly in writing.
• Strong analytical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving setting.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and curiosity about the future of finance technology.
