- Own major Finance-led transformation work, including revenue process improvement, business model changes, and global expansion initiatives.
- Set up governance, reporting, and success measures to ensure strategic programs produce visible business results.
- Redesign Finance workflows to improve scale, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across a distributed organization.

- Partner with accounting and audit teams to strengthen controls, compliance, and scalable operating practices.
- Advise executive leaders by turning complicated business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Help teams align around new processes, operating models, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategic finance, Finance operations, FP&A leadership, or comparable senior finance roles in public technology or SaaS companies.
- A proven history of leading large-scale transformation programs that delivered measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes, revenue operations, and changing business models, including consumption-based or usage-based models.
- Experience supporting international growth, operational scaling, and cross-functional transformation.
- Solid knowledge of public company reporting obligations, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Ability to influence senior leaders, including C-suite executives and Board-level stakeholders.
- Experience building alignment between Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Technology.
- Comfort working in remote-first or globally distributed environments.
- Strong strategic judgment, problem-solving ability, and operational execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and present clear action plans.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or another relevant certification is considered an advantage.
