Role overview

The Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping, coordinating, and executing effective global multi-channel media plans. This position converts brand strategy into actionable go-to-market briefs, leads the creation of agency briefs, and helps ensure that business and brand goals are delivered on or above target. The role works closely with Creative, Digital, Press, Timepieces, other internal teams, and external media partners.

Media planning and execution

  • Own global media coordination and day-to-day management.
  • Serve as the main connection point for media buying activities, including strategy planning, ad layout coordination, trafficking, validation, and reporting.
  • Develop visual direction for annual initiatives and individual campaigns.
  • Maintain master visual asset files, assess available materials, and advise on the most suitable assets for use.
  • Act as the contact for custom content and advertorial placements.
  • Prepare and manage briefs for media agencies.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with media partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements by market.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting on media spend and results, including website analytics.
  • Deliver monthly proof-of-performance reports.
  • Keep media software current and data accurate.
  • Handle invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with the Timepieces team on integrated media buys.

Strategy and campaign support

  • Build go-to-market launch plans and post-campaign recap presentations.
  • Manage timelines and keep departmental communication flowing.
  • Review overall campaign outcomes and recommend future actions.
  • Distribute 360 campaign templates, brand guidelines, visual direction, and assets to markets.
  • Route and oversee local market briefs.
  • Work with leadership on the annual marketing strategy deck.

Qualifications and experience

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in luxury or cosmetics.
  • Strong analytical judgment and strategic planning ability, with sound business decision-making skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Creative, innovative thinking with a fresh perspective.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
