Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on advancing the National Arts Council's brand positioning and engaging audiences through cohesive marketing campaigns, digital optimization, and strategic social media management aligned with NAC’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to boost NAC’s market presence, brand image, and audience engagement.
- Assist in planning and delivering the Singapore Art Week annual integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating inputs from various partners.
- Coordinate with brand, creative, media, social media, and PR agencies to ensure campaign consistency with NAC’s objectives.
- Provide expertise and foster collaboration between the Visual Arts and partners and the Audience Development planning team to embed audience insights into programming and planning.
- Offer marketing guidance internally and to external partners ensuring consistent brand application across all platforms and materials.
- Work closely with sector leads to promote NAC’s mission and meet strategic priorities.
- Act as a collaborative marketing partner with both internal stakeholders and external collaborators by providing actionable feedback on campaigns, messaging, and branding to ensure clear communication in all materials.
- Manage NAC's social media digital content strategy alongside appointed vendors and partners to increase reach and deepen audience engagement.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of experience in marketing and audience development, ideally within arts, culture, lifestyle or creative sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic campaigns, brand positioning, digital marketing, and interpreting audience insights.
- Experience collaborating across government, corporate, and creative industries and leading prominent public campaigns.
