About Four Seasons
Four Seasons is built around its people. The company brings together individuals who want to keep improving, reach higher standards, and treat others with the same respect they expect for themselves. Across its global teams, Four Seasons focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for guests, residents, and partners through luxury service delivered with genuine care. A strong employee experience and a supportive culture are central to enabling that standard.
Four Seasons believes in greeting familiar faces warmly, welcoming new ones sincerely, and treating everyone with the same consideration it hopes to receive. Whether someone is working at, staying at, living with, or simply discovering Four Seasons, the goal is to create lasting impressions. The brand’s purpose is grounded in the idea that life becomes richer through meaningful connection with people and the world around us.
About the Location
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore offers more than a stay; it creates memorable, meaningful experiences. Located in the energy of Singapore, the hotel provides a calm sanctuary where guests can feel at home while enjoying a refined sense of place. The setting is designed to uplift and inspire, with lush gardens and spacious, serene areas that support both guest comfort and employee wellbeing.
Team members are expected to contribute to memorable moments and to help shape a journey of discovery for every guest. Warmth, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed are considered essential qualities in this environment. The role is suited to someone who values authentic hospitality and wants to grow in a workplace where excellence is the norm.
About the Role
The Manager in Training programme in the Food & Beverage Division is an 18-month accelerated development path for high-potential individuals who want to become future hospitality leaders. It combines practical operational training with leadership exposure, cross-functional learning, real business projects, and participation in decision-making.
Participants build capability in service excellence, commercial understanding, and people leadership within a luxury hospitality setting. Each trainee is paired with a dedicated mentor and buddy for guidance, career coaching, and everyday support. Regular feedback and performance discussions are part of the journey and are intended to help ensure steady progress toward clear development milestones.
This opportunity is designed for driven, adaptable individuals with a strong interest in creating excellent guest experiences. At the end of the programme, successful trainees are prepared for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Four Seasons, with both operational know-how and leadership readiness.
What You Will Do
- Rotate across multiple outlets through fast-paced department-wide exposure.
- Learn departmental operations in depth by first mastering key frontline positions and then stepping into a Supervisor or acting Assistant Manager role to build management capability.
- Own management development tasks and project work using the tools and resources provided, such as the training syllabus, manuals, and experience maps.
What You Bring
- A degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
- A genuine interest in the luxury market and curiosity about the industry.
- Self-driven, assertive, and proactive in creating opportunities.
- Prior experience with Four Seasons or another top luxury hospitality brand would be an advantage.
- Due to work visa restrictions, this role is open only to Singaporeans.
What We Offer
- Opportunities for career advancement.
- A distinctive and strong company culture.
- Industry-leading training and development.
- Complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties, subject to availability, along with discounted meals.
- Paid holidays and vacation leave.
- Dental coverage plus medical and life insurance.
- Employee service awards and birthday gifts.
- Annual staff parties, social events, and sporting activities.
- Complimentary meals in the dedicated employee restaurant.
Schedule & Hours
This position requires scheduling flexibility and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
