Role Overview

As Captain at the One-Ninety Bar, you will be pivotal in delivering sophisticated, intuitive, and customized service in an elegant bar setting. Beyond guiding guests through food and beverage choices, you will foster a welcoming environment, create meaningful connections, and ensure every visit is polished and unforgettable. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable service throughout guests’ dining experiences to ensure seamless, memorable moments.
  • Understand the menu, beverages, and daily specials to confidently advise and anticipate guests’ preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with guests, fostering repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Contribute positively to team culture by exemplifying professionalism, warmth, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one year of Food & Beverage service experience, ideally within luxury or premium dining environments.
  • Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong grasp of food and beverage service best practices and guest interaction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with guests and coworkers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic setting.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to outstanding hospitality delivery.
