About the Role
This opportunity is with a leading manufacturing company located in Prithla, Faridabad. The Manager – EDP will oversee IT systems, focusing particularly on SOFGEN software implementations and ensuring the smooth operation of related ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all functionalities of the SOFGEN software platform.
- Lead and execute successful rollouts of new modules within existing IT systems.
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting support for the organization.
- Diagnose and resolve various ERP-related technical concerns.
- Implement updates and improvements to networking programs as needed to support organizational goals.
- Address and resolve issues affecting server performance or stability.
- Deliver IT and networking training sessions to enhance user proficiency across teams.
Required Skills & Profile
- Hands-on experience with SOFGEN software in a professional setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of system administration and ERP platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proven background in resolving complex IT, networking, and server issues.
- Capability to deliver training related to IT & networking for team members.
Additional Information
Candidates must possess at least an undergraduate degree and should be prepared to work onsite in Faridabad.
