Manager - Accounts

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join a prominent manufacturing firm in Faridabad. This position will handle all aspects of financial management, including oversight of accounts processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage both payables and receivables, monitor inventory valuation, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee imprest account management and related financial activities.
• Handle salary entries and support payroll accounting processes.
• Examine, verify, and process service invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure precise valuation of inventory and coordinate periodic physical counts.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for export invoices.
• Process calculations and filings for GST and TDS requirements.
• Coordinate full and final settlements for departing employees.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in reconciling financial records with GST and TDS return filings.
• Ability to handle professional tax computations and ensure timely returns.
• Proficient in conducting bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with balance sheet and profit & loss statement preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect tax compliance for a manufacturing setup.
