Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full sales cycle for OT cybersecurity offerings, from lead generation and discovery to solution design, proposal handling, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for OT security services across manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, pharma, and infrastructure sectors.
Build relationships with CXOs, CISOs, plant leaders, OT engineers, and risk stakeholders to understand security and business needs.
Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across OT security, VAPT, GRC, ISMS, cloud security, and compliance-related services.
Lead pre-sales and technical solutioning for OT/ICS security requirements, including assessments, architecture, compliance, VAPT, risk reviews, segmentation, IDS/IPS, and SOC-for-OT use cases.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs, prepare proposals, estimate effort, and work out pricing and commercial terms.
Create solution presentations, scope documents, and value propositions aligned to client expectations.
Monitor market developments, new OT threats, and regulatory changes to influence service offerings.
Support leadership in shaping OT cybersecurity offerings, go-to-market plans, and strategic alliances.
Represent the practice in industry events, client sessions, webinars, and conferences.
Coordinate between sales and delivery teams so project handoffs are smooth and solutions remain practical, scalable, and executable.
Support account management and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Background in cybersecurity with substantial exposure to OT/ICS security.
Current or recent experience in business development, techno-sales, or pre-sales selling cybersecurity solutions.
Hands-on or consulting experience with OT/ICS, SCADA, PLC, or DCS environments is mandatory.
Prior success selling one or more of the following: OT/ICS security, VAPT, or GRC/ISMS/compliance and risk advisory services.
Experience working with large enterprises or critical infrastructure organisations.
Ability to explain technical security issues in business terms for senior stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling skills and client-facing ability.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
Strategic mindset paired with commercial awareness.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Ownership-driven, adaptable, and focused on outcomes.
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
