Role and Responsibilities

As a manager, you will take full responsibility for your clients from start to finish, ensuring meaningful and rewarding interactions without needing to juggle multiple clients simultaneously.

Experience Required

• Preferably 7+ years as a senior hairstylist and prior experience as a salon manager or demonstrated interest in management roles.
• Proven ability to lead salon teams and motivate trainees or junior stylists.
• Skills in managing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to foster a customer-first environment and handle complaints calmly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with both staff and clients.
• Effective multitasking and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding and enforcing company policies to ensure tasks are completed accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer above-average salaries and benefits based on experience and position, including bonuses linked to team performance. Salary packages are negotiable and tailored to fit individual candidates. Both full-time and part-time positions (minimum 4 days a week, including weekends) are available.
