Job description
About the Role
SingHealth is looking for a capable Manager to join its healthcare innovation hub at A.L.I.C.E @ SGH Campus in Singapore. In this role, you will help advance healthcare innovation across Singapore and the wider region by running accelerator programmes that connect promising solutions with practical clinical use.
You will take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery under the Accentuate Programme. This includes supporting SingHealth-developed innovations as they move toward overseas markets, while also helping external organisations validate their solutions within SingHealth’s healthcare environment. Working closely with the Deputy Director, you will coordinate partnerships, engage key stakeholders, and help ensure that each initiative creates clear and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver healthcare innovation and accelerator programmes from start to finish, including workshops, pilot activities, demo sessions, and networking events.
- Support SingHealth-originated products in preparing for entry into overseas markets by working with regional partners, addressing regulatory considerations, and laying the necessary groundwork.
- Assist startups and companies seeking clinical test-bedding, pilot opportunities, and validation within SingHealth before they scale across the region.
- Monitor programme results and assess return on investment to confirm meaningful outcomes and clinical value.
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, clinicians, corporates, and academic collaborators to strengthen the innovation network.
- Contribute market knowledge and healthcare insights to help shape programme strategy and regional initiatives.
- Offer guidance on healthcare regulatory and compliance topics so programmes remain aligned with required standards.
- Help with budget planning and day-to-day operational coordination to support smooth programme delivery.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in programme delivery, innovation work, or partnership management.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare, digital health, medtech, or biotech settings.
- Prior exposure to regional or international innovation ecosystems will be considered an advantage.
- Strong abilities in organisation, analysis, and stakeholder management.
Additional Information
This is a contract role based onsite in Singapore, Singapore. The position is centred on healthcare innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and operational support for programmes that aim to create impact locally and across regional markets.
