Job Overview

As a Department Manager at our Erina Fair store, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer service and store operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your department team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high operational and visual standards while actively promoting sales of our products.
  • Oversee your department's performance by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, setting objectives, and creating plans to maximize outcomes, including profits and inventory management.
  • Manage team schedules, including planning and coordination of opening and closing procedures.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture your team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports development and innovation.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to keep the department competitive.
  • Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Working Environment

You will be part of a vibrant Store Team comprising various roles such as Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other key positions, all working together to create an inviting space where customers can connect with fashion in a personalized and sustainable way. Collaboration extends beyond your store to the regional team, sharing insights and driving collective success.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in retail management and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching, team development, and upholding company culture and values.
  • Skilled in sales planning, analysis, and follow-up using customer-centric tools and reporting systems.
  • Confident, inspiring leaders with integrity who thrive in collaborative and dynamic settings with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated to enhance customer experiences while promoting products effectively.
  • Keen interest in fashion trends, commercial acumen, and competitor insight to drive business results.
  • Effective communication skills, creativity, curiosity, and analytical ability to manage data and statistics.
