Role Overview
We invite you to join our seasoned finance team immediately as a Management Accountant - Services. In this pivotal position, you will support the Company's Service division by preparing monthly financial reports, conducting analyses on service performance, and interpreting financial data for managers without finance backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include job costing for service operations, reviewing gross profits and margins, analyzing labor costs, and collaborating directly with branch managers through occasional travel to deliver valuable financial insights.
This role is a fixed 12-month contract based at our Corporate Office in East Tamaki, Auckland.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a background in cost and management accounting coupled with data analysis and business partnering capabilities. A positive, solution-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail are essential. Candidates must hold an accounting qualification such as CA or CPA, and have at least three years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Experience within industrial services or manufacturing sectors will be considered advantageous.
