About the Role
We are looking for polished, confident, and service-driven hostesses to become part of a premium beach club in Dubai. This position is focused on creating a refined first impression for guests and contributing to a high-end lifestyle experience.
In this role, every guest interaction plays an important part in shaping the overall atmosphere. Your warmth, professionalism, and eye for detail will help ensure that visitors receive an exceptional welcome and a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome international guests in a professional and gracious manner.
- Handle table bookings and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide attentive guest service throughout the visit.
- Work closely with restaurant and front-of-house teams to support smooth operations.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, along with excellent spoken English and a naturally elegant presentation. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is AED 6,500 to AED 9,000 per month, with additional service charge and tips. The employer also provides visa support, accommodation assistance, medical insurance, and an annual flight benefit.
