We are seeking a distinguished hospitality professional to spearhead operations at one of Dubai's premier nightlife destinations. This opportunity involves curating luxurious entertainment experiences and maintaining an unparalleled standard of service for an elite, international VIP clientele.
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive management of venue operations.
- Design and implement high-end entertainment concepts.
- Direct financial strategies and control profit and loss.
- Establish and nurture relationships with VIP guests.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate efforts of department heads.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Proven general management experience in upscale nightlife or luxury hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
- Culturally versatile with an international perspective.
- Fluent command of English language.
- Driven by commercial objectives and business outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly remuneration ranges from AED 45,000 to AED 65,000, augmented by bonuses and additional employee benefits.
