Position Overview
Join the luxury hospitality scene in Dubai by taking charge as a Pool & Beach Manager at one of the city's most prestigious beachfront venues. This role offers an exciting leadership opportunity to create memorable, high-end guest experiences in a vibrant and upscale setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of pool and beach facilities ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead and manage the service teams delivering premium guest service.
- Guarantee outstanding satisfaction levels for all guests through attentive service and quality standards.
- Organize and supervise exclusive VIP events and experiences.
- Maintain and uphold the highest luxury service standards throughout the operation.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience working in luxury beach clubs or resort environments.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent proficiency in English for clear communication.
- A strong focus on delivering excellent guest service and experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from AED 18,000 to AED 28,000, complemented by additional benefits.
