Overview
We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to support a customer initiative aimed at enhancing supply chain processes and documenting workflows. This role involves applying your specialist knowledge to assist in training cutting-edge AI systems, influencing how these models interpret and handle logistics information. Prior AI experience is not mandatory; domain expertise is the priority. Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of global logistics, strong analytical abilities, and communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy, genuineness, and adherence to industry standards.
- Create and annotate exemplar documents illustrating best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Analyze current supply chain processes and recommend enhancements grounded in practical experience.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing document structures and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to clarify project requirements and articulate complex logistics concepts clearly.
- Engage in quality control activities by verifying the accuracy and pertinence of supply chain datasets.
- Assist in developing educational content and resources that embody industry benchmarks and address specific supply chain challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least three years of direct experience in logistics and supply chain management, with familiarity in packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory management documentation.
- Deep understanding of logistics workflows, documentation procedures, and international supply chain operations.
- Excellent command of English for clear articulation of intricate technical concepts.
- High attention to detail in reviewing and preparing supply chain paperwork.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and implementing logistical process enhancements.
- Holding a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting quality and deadline expectations.
