About the Role
Our client, a Fortune 500 ecommerce company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst based in North Reading, MA for an onsite full-time position. The candidate will engage in comprehensive deployment order management including managing Problem Service Reports, delivering post-deployment support, handling internal material requisitions, and troubleshooting delivery and supply chain gaps. This role requires a proactive, motivated self-starter passionate about operations and technology, with excellent analytical, writing, and communication capabilities. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and fostering an inclusive team environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple deployment engineering projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with procurement and logistics to ensure site readiness and communicating to customers.
- Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues and addressing system shortcomings.
- Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
- Implementing process improvements, cost optimization, and sustainability efforts in partnership with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
- Maintaining and updating documentation for training and reference.
- Supporting a culture of inclusion.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Participating in the design phase of next-generation ERP systems.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products to robotics AR customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations-related field.
- Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for building and managing models.
- Work experience as an analyst or relevant academic background.
- Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
Performance Metrics
- Ensure on-time delivery and maintain clear-to-deploy/site health status.
Core Skills
- Comprehensive supply chain knowledge, including operations and processes.
- Ability to analyze complex problems deeply and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive execution by coordinating cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
Compensation
Pay range from $23 to $28 per hour on W2, dependent on experience.
