Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time recruiter position for a commercially minded professional who will operate remotely from Singapore. The focus is on hiring for digital-first, innovation-led businesses across the Digital & Emerging Technology landscape.
The remit includes sectors such as fintech, platform technology, social media, digital marketing, creator economy, ad-tech, e-commerce, and other technology-driven companies. You will support both rapidly scaling startups and established global tech brands, helping them secure high-calibre talent for modern business functions.
The position is consultative and client-facing, making it a strong fit for someone who understands how digital-native businesses hire, grow, and compete for talent.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle across Digital & Emerging Technology roles.
- Recruit for areas including FinTech and payments, product and growth, digital and performance marketing, social media and creator partnerships, tech sales and go-to-market positions, data and analytics, UX/UI and digital product design, and platform or marketplace operations.
- Work with clients to shape role requirements and define the right candidate profile.
- Carry out market mapping and provide talent intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across Singapore and APAC digital talent communities.
- Identify and approach passive candidates from high-growth technology environments.
- Use competency-based interviewing and commercial evaluation methods to assess candidates.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and final closure of hiring processes.
- Build durable partnerships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
Candidate profile
The ideal recruiter brings experience in digital, technology, fintech, or adjacent high-growth sectors, along with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and work independently in a remote setting.
Experience gained in an agency or RPO environment is a strong advantage. You should understand modern tech-enabled business models, be familiar with scaling startups and global technology platforms, and have a strong commercial mindset with clear business development instincts.
The role is intended for someone based in Singapore with solid knowledge of the local and regional digital talent market.
