Role Overview

This position focuses on providing expert guidance in logistics and supply chain management through critical review, analysis, and enhancement of logistical documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Create annotated exemplars of logistics documentation to illustrate recommended practices.
• Assess existing supply chain workflows and propose practical enhancements based on real-world expertise.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios emphasizing document formats and process efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to clarify project requirements and explain complex logistics principles effectively.
• Engage in quality assurance by validating the pertinence and correctness of supply chain datasets.
• Assist in developing instructional materials that reflect industry standards and address specific supply chain challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Over three years of practical experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations, with emphasis on packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics workflows, associated documentation, and the dynamics of global supply chains.
• Strong English communication skills to clearly articulate technical logistics concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail in evaluating and producing supply chain documents.
• Demonstrated analytical capability to identify and recommend process improvements within logistics settings.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, team-oriented environment, delivering prompt and high-quality outputs.
