Senior Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding tissue manufacturing company to lead advancements in their supply chain by integrating automation, data analytics, and business process transformations. This senior managerial role is part of the transformation team and involves working closely with supply chain, IT, and operations departments to enhance planning, execution, and customer service. The primary goal is to utilize technology, reinforce processes, and achieve measurable supply chain enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives aimed at transforming supply chain operations including planning, customer service, and execution.
• Collaborate with teams specializing in data science, IT, and physical automation to boost overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing enterprise tools such as SAP and advanced planning platforms like o9 solutions.
• Refine business processes and contribute to establishing industry-leading supply chain practices.
• Use performance metrics to analyze supply chain efficiency and pinpoint areas for improvements.
• Ensure cohesive alignment among supply planning, raw material sourcing, and customer demand to support effective execution.
• Optimize inventory management across production mills and external warehouses to find the right balance between cost efficiency and service quality.
• Support supply chain activities focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent product availability and service levels.

Candidate Profile

• Possess more than 12 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain roles covering planning, customer service, and operations.
• Have a solid grasp of managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Demonstrate experience working across diverse roles and organizational units.
• Strong expertise with SAP; familiarity with advanced planning tools such as o9 is advantageous.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable improvements in supply chain performance using data-driven insights and metrics.
• Adept at collaborating cross-functionally with IT, analytics, and automation teams.
• Exhibit a results-oriented approach with the capability to balance supply, demand, and inventory effectively.
• Typically holds a senior managerial or director-level title.
