Role overview
An expanding global manufacturing and supply chain solutions business is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join its leadership team in Atlanta. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will own the company’s worldwide commercial direction as the organization scales, integrates, and matures operationally.
This role is suited to a commercially focused leader who knows how to build repeatable revenue engines, unlock enterprise growth, and bring sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations into one coordinated customer journey. The position includes oversight of the commercial infrastructure, operating discipline, metrics, and cross-functional alignment needed to support profitable growth across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the global revenue plan across new business, strategic accounts, retention, and expansion, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead a connected commercial function that brings together Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations under shared goals and clear accountability.
- Create and roll out a data-led go-to-market approach targeting priority industries, customer groups, and revenue opportunities across several regions.
- Put in place a structured revenue operating rhythm, covering forecasting, pipeline oversight, pricing, KPI tracking, and executive business reviews.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to improve the customer experience and support integration and scale across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of progressively senior commercial leadership experience, with executive responsibility for revenue growth, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong background in global industrial manufacturing, engineering services, supply chain, or integrated solutions environments is essential.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale strong teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Solid commercial and financial judgment, including experience with forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, deal structuring, and performance analysis.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred.
Benefits and highlights
- Senior executive position with direct reporting to the CEO.
- Chance to define and expand a global revenue organization during a major growth and transformation phase.
- High exposure to executive leadership, investors, and board-level stakeholders.
- Competitive executive compensation, with bonus and long-term incentive potential.
- Hybrid work setup with engagement across global operations and leadership teams.
