Lobby Attendant | Ft Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard

Overview

Salus Altmark Holding is looking for a Lobby Attendant for the Ft Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard property in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of hotel public spaces while supporting guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Work a flexible rota that may include weekends, public holidays, and changing shifts.
• Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a way that supports a positive guest experience.
• Keep assigned areas clean and orderly throughout the day, following the required quality standards.
• Follow all hotel safety, housekeeping, and security procedures as required.
• Clean and service public areas in line with franchise and hotel expectations.
• Return the cleaning cart and replenish supplies at the end of the shift.
• Carry out scheduled deep-cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks.
• Take on other assigned tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness in hotel public spaces according to the property's standards. Report maintenance issues promptly and assist with guest requests or complaints. Protect the privacy and security of guest rooms at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience is required; hotel cleaning experience is preferred.
• You should be able to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members.
• Working knowledge of safe chemical use and handling is expected.
• Being fluent in English and Spanish is considered an advantage.

Working Conditions

This role requires availability across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
